Had a lot of rain frid and sat but been dry today, I had a wooden arch covered with climbing rose, well yesterday morning I got up to find if laying in the garden, with the wind and the age of the wood it just collapsed, my daughter and husband are away at the moment so it has to say as it is, was trying to fine pics of it but they have not gone from phone to computer yet will try later or tomorrow

I did sweep my lawn off as was covered in leaves,we are surrounded by trees,my hollyhocks are not looking good now.Gardens don't look good in the winter..

I haven't seen my fox lately,do you have foxes visiting you Widget I like feeding them.

I do like the arch in your garden Widget before it got blown down lovely colour flowers as well.Sometimes I wish I had a garden to potter about in.

I went to do my Copd Rehab yesterday with my oxygen in my bag.Its surprising the amount of people using Oxygen.Anyway I done 47 laps walking up and down my legs did ache lastnight.

I have been out to my sister this morning to stretch my legs again.Going to see a friend tomorrow afternoon for lunch and a chat.

Thanks the rose arch is not going back, have to think of 'easy gardening' now, have planes for that space when Daughter gets over will keep you posted.
Sounds like you are doing Ok with your oxygen, don't know much about that but good luck and keep going.

Good evening,
It's been a really bad day weatherwise and very cold.
Didn't venture into the garden but did go out visiting.
Tomorrow I am going to look round Dunelm and a garden centre. As you may have noticed my writing is bigger.

Around 6am we had a thunderstorm and some lightning, the rain came a bit later, then at 9.15 am we had hail.
At 10 am the sun came out,so a good mixture of weather but still bitter cold.
We went to M&S and topped up with ready meals, gives me time off from cooking from scratch.
I won't be going anywhere at the weekend have a cozy time at home in the warm.
At last I have got my screen on my tablet a bit bigger so I can now see what I am typing and easier to read, was beginning to think it was my eyesight.
Well hope you all have a jolly weekend

Cold today, heating on full blast, my fallen rose arch has now gone, fantastic daughter and son in-law removed it all, put all the rose in my garden bin, took the roots for her garden, cut up and took all the wooden arch to dry and burn on their log burner, garden looks a lot bigger, did not do anything to the space as it was to cold and very wet.

Usual next week, short mat bowls, exercise class linedancing and plenty of chat and coffee, think it might be a bit dryer,

Hope all is well, I have started another jigsaw with a lot of sky.

Glad your daughter has been and cleared your arch away in the garden.

It will look bare for a while but you will get used to it.

Not so cold here now like last week thank goodness.

This afternoon I am being picked up to go and view a flat that my granddaughter is buying so that will be good.

Tomorrow I am seeing a friend for a chat.

Have a lovely afternoon everyone.

Where does the time go, over 5 years since the Pandemic, but can still remember it as yesterday.
Had a nice warm restful weekend, ready for a full week of activities, swimming, bowling, keep fit, line dancing, not sure where I get the energy from but while I can find it somewhere will keep using it.
Off to have another go at the hard jigsaw I am doing, there is a lot of sky, that's the bit I am on to now.
