Good to see you back Penny. Hot sun today here but a cool wind blowing. They tell us that the weekend will be winter for a few days. One of the joys of living in what the old sailors used to call "The Roaring Forties".

Good afternoon I posted yesterday and nothing has shown up so annoying.
Today is a beautiful sunny day,hope everyone is well.

Funny how things keep disappearing on here, weather nice and bright today, going to a quiz night at the bowls club this evening, still the bar will be open and there will be food, so not all bad.

Morning all. Not very bright but at least still dry. Had to have a call-out again this morning. I stood up to go to the loo, leaned on a little table and landed on my back. The carers were very quick, took only about 10 mins to get them. Looking out the sky is very patchy and the sun is trying to break through. My carer put a lot of bread out for the birds but so far I have not seen one. I hope everyone is keeping well, warm and happy. Take care and don't do sill falls like me. cheersxxxxxxxxx

I've been busy tidying my garage, oiling the lawn mowers, sweeping although it looks really nice and tidy, came indoors and thought the garage is more tidy then in here, now due for a long sit down,

Good afternoon.I have had a injection today for the 75s to 79 age group.Its a newish one named the RSV.If you are 80 onwards you can't have it.Only get it once.

Sorry to read you have had another tumble Penny.Hope your back is ok.

You can always go and sit in the nice tidy garage Widget with your jigsaw puzzle.I am going to do my puzzle soon.

Don't forget clocks go back a hour tonight?

Thanks Maggie but it's warmer indoors for doing my puzzle, ha ha.
I have heard about that injection but am to old, boo ho'
As for the clocks, my clock radio in the bedroom changed last night, I was a bit confused this morning, as for tonight/tomorrow, I don't usually worry about the time till a lot later. My stomach tills me the time.
