Morning all. After all the warnings we did not get the stormy weather yesterday. Today it is rather dull, quite a lot of cloud and a little blue sky peeping through. No sun at all yet. Morning all, a mixed day so far, one minute dull and the next bright sunshine. A lovely blue sky behind some fluffy white clouds. A slight breeze and so far no sign of rain.Did you watch the ladies football. We beat Nigeria. Very good but hate the continual banging of the drum. Why do they do it. Hope Rosie is feeling better, give her a big hug from me. Take care, cheers.

Had it on, watched when passing, but the penalties were exciting. Still not like summer, windy, sun shinning sometimes, but still got socks on!!

Raining again!!! Makes it difficult for Rosie to take us out for a walk! She seems to be back to her usual enthusiastic eating after a few days of nothing.

Good morning on this lovely sunny day.No socks needed today.

I had my hair cut 6 weeks ago and have it shorter than I normally do.So tomorrow I am going to the hairdressers and coming away from there with LILAC hair.I am so looking forward to it.Age is marching on so got to do these things while I can.

It's been a wonderful sunny morning, slightly chilly but not bad. The sky is getting cloudy now in patches. and the sun keeps popping in and out. Hope the hair do comes out well. Deep grey skies from horizon to horizon! Bit of rain so far but icy roads down south and already several road accidents. The heat pump is working and I've just lit the woodburner. Indoor day today, (much to Rosie's disgust! )
