Thanks Penny, to be honest, I thought they were all tall ones, but there are only 3 tall ones, but I do like the small ones.

Looking at the flowers I can see widget they like yours, one long stem topped with a small red flower. (scarlet) Big hugs for you know who and take care all. cheers

Had a thunderstorm today just as I was watching tennis, the TV kept going off, very annoying. all dried up now but I hope the plants and veg got some,
I love fish and chips, but I also have not had it for a while, might think about sat night, I have a very good shop just a walk away, and they cook it while you wait so it's always nice and hot.

Wonder if ciderman has better weather. Just heard from my friend in Utah and he says it keeps on raining making everywhere muddy. Looks like we are on the same path just hope my lawns don't go all muddy. So dark and dull here really makes one feel miserable. cheers

We are at last into 2 days without rain! I might try to mow the lawn today. It's been so wet for weeks that I left footprints as I walked across the lawn and we have invented a new term, we are suffering from "squelch".

Quite agree, was very cold when I arose. Sun still playing games and rather windy. Big white puffy cloud on a lovely blue sky. Wonder if we will get the gale force winds predicted all the week. Take care all and keep warm. cheers.
