Blustery here, and I am with British Gas and have an offer of half price electricity on Sundays from 11-4pm, so I am going to do some washing and charge up all my rechargeable items. Just hope I can keep washing on the line with it being windy, but so far no rain forecast till later,
Am looking forward to the tennis final, this afternoon.

I was pleased to see the 20 year old Spanish bloke beat Djokovich, I have never seen Djokovich having any empathy with anybody before.
No tattoos in this house, but it is a cultural thing with Maori, frequently a connection with their 'whakapapa' (genealogy). They didn't have a written language and much was passed down in the form of carvings and tattoos.

It's been a beautiful day here! The lawn is still suffering from 'squelch' and I think that is caused by a high water table underground restricting drainage. We are getting some high temperatures for the time of year (mid winter) so plants are very confused!

So delighted Ciderman that you have a lovely day. It is dry here to with a promise of rain later. My friend in Utah is having such a lot of rain, he has a lot of ground which needs cutting so he is having a problem getting going as his mower is like a motor and he has to be careful not to get stuck. Big hug for Rosie. Take care, cheers.

I have just driven home in a down pour, you could not see in front, going was very slow, big puddles everywhere, cannot get use to this weather, they now say a heatwave is on its way,

Strange how the weather can be so different a few miles away. Ours has been dry all day with the sun playing hide and seek again. At present we have a lovely blue sky with a big white fluffy cloud. Fingers crossed, no rain forecast. Take care, cheers.

Morning all. At the moment the sky is a lovely blue, the sun is shining bright and no wind. What a change, fingers crossed we can have it this way for a time. Looking out there are several little white fluffy clouds. Should not think it a day for wearing your socks widget. Take care, cheers.
