Hope your parcel arrives today Maggieh. Pity about the weather. Lovely and sunny here and very warm. Only a slight breeze now, big wind has gone. Hugs for Logan. Take care, cheers.

Miserable day here but the Women's soccer is well worth watching here and in Ozzie. We actually won! Beat Norway! That is quite a feat in a rugby crazy country!

Hope all is well this wet morning, I am fed up with it, our long range forecast on the BBC Weather app says rain every day until the 4th Aug, that can't be right for summer, so glad I have a wetsuit to play bowls in, though we do not play if it rains heavy, good thing is I don't have to keep watering the pots in the garden and the grass looks nice and green.

Morning all. So sorry you are getting the wrong kind of weather Widget. We keep getting forecasts that we are to have rain but so far, yesterday we had just one small shower. Looking out at the moment we have a very strong wind and it is very dull. I expect this weather is going to change shortly. The sky is very dull and cloudy. You are lucky to still be able to play bowls in spite of the weather. Wonder what others are getting. Take care, cheers, :tantrum2: :tantrum2:

I know you like looking at photos, well yesterday we had our Garden Club Summer Show, here is my entries, Perennials, Roses and 3 veg in a box, 2 seconds and 1 third, not bad considering what weather we have been having.

Congratulations, simply lovely. Weather is dreadful here now, very dark, windy and rain. Whatever happened to the Summer. Enjoy your bowls. :tantrum2: :tantrum2: :tantrum2:

Well done Widget! We've been inundated with citrus lately! Half the crop on this manderin have been picked before we took this photo. 18kg in total and it's only a little tree.

Well summer was cancelled here in NZ. It's been the weirdest year I've known. The ground water level is very high and as most of the area that Masterton is in , was once riverbed and 2 feet down is shingle but the water just can't get away.

Morning all. Better put your socks on widget, really cold and miserable here. Have my knee blanket turned on full. Reading the paper today, you were right widget. One place, all on fine another with all flooding. World gone mad. Makes me wonder if 'someone ' up there is planning to destroy us all. Take care, cheers.
