Afternoon all, weather not bad at all today, just a bit patchy and slight breeze.

I am pleased because the weather helped the ladies to win against China today. 6 ..1

I did not watch it, but kept up with the score on my phone, then had a message from my son who was very pleased, Laura Hemp lived in the town I live in, her parents still do, went to the local school.
Weather still not like summer, [socks still on] will have to buy some more soon, never worn socks in August before. Weatherman said by the end of next week it should be a lot warmer, I'm not holding my breath,!!!!

Good morning.A iffy weather day here not much sunshine.Wind is still with us.No sunbathing today.My son,daughter in law and grandson are going on a cruise for 2 weeks so I won.t see Logan for a while.

I will have use of their house and garden when the weather gets better.Have a good day everyone.

Me again. Meant to ask if anyone watches Heartbeat, a super programme about village policemen and what they have to put up with. There are 2 programmes, 1 at 6 pm and 1 at 7 p.m. every night, each one for an hour. I watch them both every night on ITV3. or Sky119 Worth a look. Another good one is at 9 pm. each day on Great TV, or Sky157 called Randall and Hopkirk (deceased) again for just an hour. cheers.

I did use to watch Heartbeat everyweek Penny when it first started and sometimes watch the repeats.It is lovely as there is no swearing in it.The older programs are better than some programs today.
I have got Ladies football on at the moment Japan v Norway.

It is raining here again,a day indoors yet again.I am hoping to see the ship my family will be on to set sail this evening.

No sunbathing today.

I'm really fed up with this weather, so cold, almost need 2 pairs of socks, no gardening today and looks like tomorrow as well so will sort out some paper work and find something to watch on TV, I used to like Heartbeat, all those 'old' programs were good, don't seem to make any like that today. Off to fine a cardigan and perhaps a blanket for my legs, keep warm and dry everyone.

White grass this morning and Rosie has a tummy upset which triggered a trip to the vet last night. She slept a lot but hasn't eaten anything yet.

Snow, feels like we could have some, a bit better this morning, but up until 8am the forecast said rain all day, then all of a sudden it changed to fine all day,
