Weather seems to be changing now. Been a lovely sunny morning but now rather dull with a very cloudy sky. Have you ever found yourself speaking to someone who isn't there. I have been sitting looking at the sky and dozing off, and twice I awoke talking to someone only to find no one. Very quiet here, have only seen one person, the postman, and that was at a distance, Looking forward to Saturday to see the ladies play football. At least it will keep me awake. Take care all and have a good day. cheers. :please:

Good afternoon Penny and anyone else that pops by.The weather has changed here too,was lovely this morning when I went to the shop. Now it is cloudy and the trees are on the move.It is still warm though.

I tend to talk to myself now to get the vocal chords working.I did nod off but only for a short time yesterday and thought I had someone sitting on the settee.Until I looked and noone was there.

Although I have neighbours I hear them not see them.

I will be watching the Ladies football tomorrow and hope England team win. Do you have any neighbours Penny.?How are your granddaughter and grandson getting on now.Your grandson was having a few health problems while he was at uni.

Now I must carry on hoovering, lol.

Hi maggieh, pleased I am not alone in the talking. Some time ago I tried to say something and my voice was terrible, since then I speak to lots of things and my automatic machine announces something I always say thank you. Have two people who live next to me but have only seen them once at a distant in all the years they have lived here. I understood they were something to do with high education. Like you, am just waiting to watch the ladies play. Fingers crossed they win. cheers. :please:

Hi maggieh, just to say James is fine, Just had months touring Australia. Last year he had an operation for ingrowing toe nail and sadly my son rang yesterday and said he has the same problem again. Am waiting now for any news. Sky looking very cloudy now, such a shame I had hoped we were going into summer. Fingers crossed for tomorrow. cheers.

-4ºC Frost this morning! Everything is white! But the sun has risen and it's beautiful. Might be an outside day today which will be good, we've had a strange summer and winter this year. So much rain for so long and so frequently the ground water level is much higher than normal and if we walk on the lawn we 'squelch'!
As we are out of the world cup I have to decide who I support! Is it England (as I was born there) or Aussie!

Morning all. Great to see you posting Laurie, I began to wonder if you had joined ciderman. Very odd weather here today, simply cannot make up its mind. Getting rather windy now. Remember to watch the English ladies football at lunchtime. Take care. cheers.
