We've finally eaten the last of our fig crop. The tree is only 3 years old since we planted it but the crop has been huge. We've made jam and frozen the surplus. They are not large but beautifully sweet and flavoursome.

I love figs, never tried to grow them, not sure with our weathers,
I have only 2 more bowls games, both club friendlies, then it all gets put away and I start another exercise plan.
Weather looks OK at moment, going up market but have socks on and will put a light jacket on.

Good afternoon,it is trying hard to rain here in Kent.Not very hot here either.

I had a shopping delivery a while ago from Iceland.School holidays are almost over,Logan goes back to a new class and teacher tomorrow,little children going to school for the first time.Be some sad mummies.

Dull and wet here in Kent.Looks like the hot weather has gone now.Will be a amuse myself day.Am in the middle of a jigsaw so may try that later.

I love jigsaws, always have one on the go, wet today and cold, just had boiler serviced and they turn the heaters on to check, boy it was nice, but have turned them off, of to U3A this afternoon then my Country Music club tonight, keep dry and warm everyone.

Afternoon all, bit late, been sorting out coins. Someone said those by the late queen might be worth a bit so thought I would hand the to my g/son. Expect it's a load of rubbish. Weather still dull but no rain as yet. No breeze at all, very still. I understand we are due for a short heatwave next week. Have to wait and see, fingers crossed. Take care. Morning all, looks as thought we may get our little heat-wave. It is slightly warmer and plenty of sunshine. Watched 007 movie last night. The worst I have ever seen, nearly all in the dark. Good morning.It is lovely and sunny here and warm.We went to see some cats yesterday the furry ones were lovely but there were about 4 without Fur.There breed are Sphynx cats.I nearly sat on one by accident.Another one sat behind me and covered himself in a blanket so you couldn't see it.
They were more lively than the normal cats but I would'nt want one as a pet.

After I have had my lunch I will be having a lazy afternoon.I done a lot of walking yesterday and it tired me out,I didnt wake up until 9.20 this morning.
