Waking up to a cold dark morning! There's something depressing about getting up in the dark. Making breakfast while the moon shines outside. Matariki signifies the start of a new year in Aotearoa (New Zealand) and the days slowly get longer. Later, about 9:30 am we will go to farmers market. That means Jill shops for veges while I take Rosie for walkies to meet new people and find new smells. She loves meeting human puppies and even their parents.
Hope you are all getting nice weather and nice connections with people.

I can't believe this weather, yesterday I was in the garden, cut-off thin trousers vest top sandals, today I have on fleece trousers jumpers and socks and not going anywhere near the garden, it has been wet and dull and forecast looks the same, was that summer we had a few days ago??

Nice afternoon for bowls, we won as well, a lot cooler, a bit of rain this morning,
Would love to go to Silverstone, remember going way back in the 80's, cars and everything a lot different then.

Still seems to be winter today! Grey skies and lots of wind. Been watching Wimbledon but hardly know any of the players now. Starts at 10pm here and runs until 10am but we can't stay up all night!

Nice and sunny here with a cloudy sky popping in and out.
Saw the doctor yesterday and he has changed my tablets. Both legs swollen beyond belief and have bags of watery blood on each. Just as well the nurse came and wrapped both legs in a lot of bandage. She is coming again tomorrow. Just as well I can see one of the bubbles has burst. I do hope you are all keeping well. Take care and big hug for Rosie. cheers.
