Keep busy, keep going, that's my motto,
I have been to my exercise class this morning, then shopping in Waitrose and meeting a friend in there for coffee and a cheese scone, then over the club for a quick game of cards and a cup of tea, now home for a rest.
Linedance group tomorrow,
My son and wife are coming Sunday till Tuesday, nice seeing them but hard work, still I will get him to do a few jobs I can't do now.
I am doing my puzzle slow but sure, it is a hard one.
Weather is great at moment but forecast says next week back to 'normal'

Good afternoon.Lovely weather here in Kent, the sun is out for the day.

Was lovely sitting by the open window yesterday doing my puzzle so I am doing that again this afternoon. It took a while to get the puzzle going but its doing good now.

My grandson is back from his holiday now so I will see him on Tuesday when I am going to the cinema with him and daughter in law.

I don't think I will be doing anything exciting at the weekend apart from going to the local co-op.

Have a lovely few days with your son and his wife.Is he the same son that came to you a little while ago?His wife can wait on him, lol.

Enjoy your music evening tonight. :bighugs:

Our bowling green opens next saturday, them matches start the beginning of May. watch the weather change then.
Son should be arriving midday tomorrow, got plenty of food in, and a list of jobs for him to do.his wife might be help in the kitchen, but won't hold my breath.
Enjoy the weather everyone, hope yours is OK 'down-under' ciderman

Beautiful day today but they are predicting a terrible cold, wind and rain later in the week. Well it's autumn so I guess we can't complain.

Good evening all,
We have been busy tidying our garden up and burning lots of rubbish and having a good sort out,all looks good now,and today I brought some plants and just ordered 6 hollyhock plants from Amazon, which are going to be planted by a fence as a screen to block the nosy neighbours out from view.
My grandsons have just returned back home from a few days in Bostan with my D.I.L and my son is there for a few more days working,it was nice tracking there journey today. My daughter has her birthday tomorrow so we are off out tomorrow lunchtime for an Italian.
Hope you have had a nice time with your son and enjoying this evening Widget

Well the weather has changed here, nice drop of rain, bet everything in the garden will come alive now,
Son and wife just left, it was so nice having them but now got the place back to normal, nice and quiet, can do what I want, oh am I sounding selfish, I was too tired to go to my exercise class after they went, meeting a friend for lunch then peaceful afternoon might finish my jigsaw later but think I am in for an early night,

No line dance class tomorrow so might have a run into Cromer, look around the shops, think the weather might be OK by then.

Good morning.I have laptop problems at the moment that is why I've not been posting.Looks like I will have to decide whether to splash out and get a new one or not.

Don't like using a tablet for writing on.Glad you enjoyed having your son and wife with you,but is nice to be back with yourown company and routine.Catch up on your sleep in your comfy bed.

I sent to the cinema yesterday afternoon with daughter in law and grandson to see the Minecraft movie it was good.

Staying at home today hoping after resetting my laptop it comes to life again :roflmao:

Happy Easter to you all if I don't visit for a while.

Hope you can get your laptop sorted, how old is your grandson? could he not help, seems kids of today are very up on those things.

We have a local cinema which runs films, not always the lasted, and only shown once, but afternoon ones are only £5 and you get tea and cake before, the next afternoon one is Tea with Mussolini, might go to that, but in June in the evening is Conclave, will differently go to see that.

Only got one important thing this weekend, Bowls green opens Saturday, game and BBQ, so far weather looks OK'
Friday might scrub my garden slabs, have a Kercher so not too bad,

Hope you all have a nice sunny weekend.

Just had a nice day in the garden, scrub my patio slabs, friend came for coffee, cut the grass, then had a long sit down while potato was cooking in oven, now almost refreshed and going to do a bit of jig saw.
Bowling green opening tomorrow, weather looks ok so far, so fingers crossed.
Hope you managed your BBQ

Good morning from a bright Kent.

Well I have got my laptop working again.I brought a new battery and charger for it.And reset the laptop right back to when I first brought it in 2018.Then reinstalled Windows 10 and it is now like a new laptop again.Glad I didn't rush out and buy another one.

Hope the bowls go well this afternoon and the weather stays fine for the Barbeque.

I look out on to a line of garages and further ahead I can see the sea and good days used to see the ferries further out to sea.But back to the garages the roofs are made with asbestos. So now they are going to be removed,so there is loads of scaffold on the shed roofs with tin covering on top of the scaffolding that we have all got to look out on for a few months. Plus see some beefy men putting it all together. :roflmao:

Tomorrow I will eat my easter egg while watching Bridget Jones new film Mad about the boy.I am going to rent it for my treat to myself.

Have a lovely day tomorrow everyone.

Well Easter over, family gone, things might be getting back to 'normal'
Our bowling green opened last saturday, dry but cold day, a lot of members turned up for a game and a nice BBQ afterwards.
So glad you got your Laptop sorted, can not image life without a computer.
I am going out to lunch tomorrow with 3 girlfriends, we do chatter a lot so our lunch goes into the afternoon.
Friday I am going to the local cinema to see Tea with Mussolini, afternoon with tea and cake first. all for £5.
Just turned my heating on, getting something to eat then I shall watch recorded Grace.
