Well here I am coughing and spluttering got some nice orange antibiotics to take too :roflmao: hubby is now joining in,
Well I haven't been out either for a few days but today was dry and windy.
I am going to bed shortly with a hot water bottle and play on on my tablet before I go to sleep at 11pm.
I like your puzzle widget,I expect it's puzzle time now winters almost here, can't see the sun shinning anytime soon.
Enjoy your weekend.

Not too bad here, been swimming today nice and relaxing, bowling now finished, all gear wash and put away, but I am going to try carpet bowls, indoors so will see what that is like, not for a couple of weeks yet, so plenty of time to get on with puzzle.
Hope you are feeling better twin.

Good afternoon on the 1st of October the year is going to fast soon be xmas shopping. :roflmao: Think the next puzzle for me to start is one with Father Christmas as it will be Christmas time I complete it.

Ii is 3.15 in the afternoon and getting dark already, gosh no don't want lights on yet.

I treated myself to a blending jug today so when I make soup again it won't be lumpy. So at the weekend I will be busy in the soup kitchen that should be fun.

Carpet bowls looks good Widget.I googled it to see what it is.Looks eaasier than lawn bows.Hope you enjoy it.At least you will be in the warm and dry.

Don't think I could be bothered making soup, all that chopping and cutting, I have to be in the right mood to make a vegetable stew,
since being on my own I am not a 'kitchen' person, I always say I eat to stay alive, but when I go out to eat, I eat for England.

Sun shinning today, got patio doors open, but forecast for strong winds and rain Saturday, no worries, not doing anything so might do a bit of 'housework'!!!!

Have a busy Friday, volunteering in morning U3A meeting in afternoon then looking forward to a great late night at Country Music club.

Have started a winter picture puzzle, all snow and christmas tree.

Keep warm and dry and out of the wind.

Windy windy weather don't think I will be venturing out this weekend, have got over my chest infection at last, don't fancy anything else.
It's turned rather cold too, bring back the summer.
You have a nice social life Widget at least you keep fit with swimming and line dancing as I know line dancing is fast to do and it's lively as I done it years ago when I was a bit younger..
Going to make a cuppa tea and send hubby to the shop
Enjoy the weekend.

Widget you don't need to chop veggies up for a stew or soup anymore you be lazy like me and buy it already done.My hand's hurt too much much these days doing that.I also buy onions ready chopped. :roflmao:

I will be making Lentil soup on Sunday now as I have to wait for the lentils to arrive on Saturday with Amazon. So will find something else to do on Saturday like my jigsaw puzzle.

Hope you have a lovely evening at the Country and Music evening.Don't think I will be going far tomorrow if dear Amy shows herself down here.

Had the annual Bowls Presentation lunch today, 45 of us at the local pub, food was fantastic but it was such a sham the pub did not have more staff, the service was very bad, had to wait over an hour between main and dessert, but as I said the food was nice and the price was great value, had a laugh meet all the other players in the league, will not see many of them again till next year.

Weather has gone back to summer again.

Anyone heard from ciderman???
