Woke up to a beautiful sunny morning with very little wind! Later today we've got son Paul arriving with his daughter Holly, to stay a couple of days. He can give us some gardening advice while he's here. His job is looking after 7 acres of garden ! I have enough trouble with a quarter acre!

Morning all. Our weather is the same so far, very bright and sunny and very cold. Be very nice to have your garden sorted out. Rosie will be able to have a bit of fun. Take care, cheers.

The water got within about 30 to 40 metres of the front door last night but it's gone down overnight and I'm happy to say the sun is shining today

Quite warm and sunny.Son took me out for the day and gave me the most wonderful day I ever hag. A simply fantastic surprise And I cannot more thrilled. This marvelous place is Woburn Safari. So enormous and so well kept it is impossible to describe. To give you some idea we went for a morning drive and have just come home. I could have stayed there forever. Super food available and the animals are loose and so many we are told to keep windows shut. Just as well we landed up with two monkeys (not sure what kind) sitting on the car roof meaning we had to sit some time until they jumped off. So many animals I just cannot tell you of them all. The last one was a sea lion. Now tell me, how can a female attendant tell a sea lion what to do, and he did it. Unbelievable. cheers Penny
