Just had son and his wife stay over a couple of days, we utilised his horticultural skills to trim a tree that was blocking light from one of our windows. Good timing as I have a useless shoulder with a torn tendon.
Temperatures predicted to reach 30°C here and 35 in other parts of the country. Very dry in many places which now have an extreme fire risk.

Good morning on this dry cloudy day bit of sun now and again.Sainsbury shopping delivery has been so I can eat and drink later.

Am out painting this afternoon for a couple of hours and chat.

Still cold more rain forcarst, but my snowdrops are out and tulip and daffs showing throug.

It's a rather pleasant 22°C outside and a hope of light showers. Had our heat pump serviced after 5 years since it's installation and the guy doing it said 'watch what we do then next time you can do it yourself'! That's handy and less costly.

Pouring with rain here today, dark and miserable. Still very cold. What a very nice fellow who did the job for you ciderman, very seldom hear of such a nice person. Pity there aren't more like him. Big hug for Rosie. Take care, cheers.
